HEALTH AND SAFETY
Are fume filtration systems safer?
Many types of dust and fume are hazardous to health if inhaled. Over exposure can lead to long term and serious medical conditions such as occupational asthma.
Other effects are:

People can become permanently sensitised to fumes which means that continued exposure, even to very small amounts of fume, may cause asthma attacks and the person affected may never be able to carry out that work again.

C02 lasers are commonly used to code, mark, engrave or cut components or products which are manufactured from a variety of materials. Hazardous fumes and dust are produced when the substrate, lacquer, paint or coating is marked or cut.
CTR filtration systems ensure compliance with International Health and Safety Law, and also deliver cost savings to the production process.
Because of this, employees should be protected by the best fume extraction systems available.
