MSF

A powerful laser cutting system for the cutting of metal materials using fiber laser technology, or a combination of fiber laser and plasma.

This machine is designed for production of highly accurate parts at high cutting speeds, with surprisingly low maintenance and operational costs.

The outstanding dynamics of MSF is achieved by a low-seated gantry, digital AC drives and precise planetary gears.

The machine is by default equipped with an automatic shuttle table.

The MSF machine offers the following features:

The MSF machine can be fitted with the following accessories:

  • RSV 300: RSV is dedicated for clamping and turning of pipes and profiles. Together with plasma rotator and advanced software modules and libraries from MicroStep it offers the full range of pipe based applications.
  • CCD camera: CCD camera can be attached to a tool station (e.g. plasma) or mounted on a separate tool station. It is used for 
    • scanning of the shape of template for conversion into DXF
    • scanning of holes on plate for positioning.
  • Automatic plate alignment: A laser sensor is used to scan the plate edges for automatic alignment of the plate using a co-ordinate system. This option supports a 3 point or 5 point detection, whereby the 5 point detection also verifies the plate size.
